invites eligible entities to submit offers for the audit of the ESG report of Fabryka Łożysk Tocznych - Kraśnik S.A. with its registered office in Kraśnik for 2024 and 2025.

  1. The subject of the order includes the audit of the ESG report of FŁT - Kraśnik S.A. for 2024 and 2025 and preparation of a written report in Polish and English by the auditor on the audit on whether the report is correct and reliable and clearly presents the situation of the Company.
  2. Interested parties are requested to submit written offers in closed envelopes with the note "Offer for the audit of the ESG report of FŁT-Kraśnik S.A. for 2024 and 2025" by October 25th, 2024, by 2:00 p.m. to the following address:

The date of an offer to is the day of delivery the offer to the Company's registered office. Offers submitted after the deadline specified for their reception will not be considered.

  1. Supervisory Board expects from statutory auditor:
  • readiness for information meetings with the Supervisory Board before, during and after the completion of the ESG report review,
  • forwarding to the Supervisory Board information prepared for the Company's Management Board (in the form of a so-called letter of intent) on any potential problems in the Company's ESG reporting system.
  1. Offer should include:
  • information about the bidder, including: the form of business conducted (current extract from the relevant register),
  • specification of the composition of the team conducting the audit,
  • price for the subject of the order specified in point 1, with additional specification of the price for the audit of the ESG report for 2024 and 2025. The final price of the offer should be expressed in Polish currency and must include the value of the entire subject of the order and all costs included in the execution of the order.
  • preliminary schedule specifying the methods and deadlines for work related to the audit of the ESG report,
  • draft agreement (also in electronic version).
  1. Joint submission of offers (ESG report) is permitted by auditors conducting business activity in their own name and on their own account, acting as a consortium based on an agreement regulating their cooperation.
  2. The Supervisory Board reserves the right to freely select an offer and to refrain from selecting an offer, without giving a reason and without incurring any legal and financial consequences.
